The Space Shuttle Discovery is getting a final check today in preparation for its return to Earth.  Crew members checked the outside of the shuttle for any damage from micrometeorites that may have hit the shuttle as it was docked to the International Space Station (ISS) for eight days.  This has been a routine procedure since the 2003 Columbia disaster.  Discovery and its seven-person crew are due back on Earth on Saturday after its mission to deliver and install power-generating solar wings at the International Space Station.
