The countdown is on for the next space shuttle launch.  Endeavour is scheduled to launch from Florida this Saturday, June 13th.  When the shuttle arrives at the International Space Station (ISS) it will mark the first time the ISS has housed 13 people.  There are currently 6 at the ISS now and Endeavour will bring 7 more astronauts.  During its 16 day mission, the shuttle will deliver food for the residents.  It will also bring an outdoor porch that will attach to Japan’s $1 billion lab, named Kibo, or Hope.  The porch is designed to house experiments that need to be exposed to the vacuum of space.  Five spacewalks are also planned.
